Although we try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery can take between 3 and 5 working days, depending on the destination (3 to 5 working days for most city centres, and 5 + working days for outlying areas)

Please note that delivery during PROMOTION PERIODS may take longer than usual due to high order volumes.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be attended to on the first business day thereafter

You will receive your tracking number via e-mail once the order has been dispatched.

Our couriers deliver between 09:00 and 17:00 on Mondays to Fridays and some occasions the .courier might make arrangements out of these hours or days.

Kindly check that we have the correct address and ensure that you are either at home during delivery hours, or that you provide your work address. Should you not be at home at the time of delivery, don’t worry - we will leave a calling card with a telephone number to rearrange delivery.

Please note:

While we strive to ensure that stock levels are accurate, this may not always be possible. Should it transpire that a product is out of stock, we will either offer you an equivalent product, notify you of how long it will take for new stock to arrive, or provide you with a full refund.

We reserve the right to adjust delivery costs on orders over 5 kg.

Shipping Costs

This will be determined on checkout and is dependent on product weight and size. We use uAfrica and courier fees are at our cost.

Products and Availability

Please note that the stock of all items on offer is limited. Castle Access Control Systems will make all reasonable attempts to ensure that special offers are brought to an end when stock runs out. If it happens that we are unable to fulfil any order at the advertised price because stock is sold out, we will inform you via email and you will be entitled to a reimbursement for the Rand value you have paid for the product.
